Information you provide
When you use a consultation form, you may choose to provide your name, email address, phone number, timeframe and a brief description of your question. The website form prepares an email in your own email application; it does not ask you to upload financial documents.
How information is used
Information you choose to send is used to respond to your inquiry, provide requested mortgage or real estate information, coordinate an appointment and maintain appropriate business records. Personal information is not sold. Information may be shared with service providers or business partners only as permitted by law and as reasonably necessary to provide a service you request.
Optional calls and text messages
Providing a mobile number is optional. Checking a consent box authorizes Marc Sears and TSG Home Loans to call or text about your inquiry, including through automated technology. The box is unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text message to opt out. You may still communicate by email if you do not consent to calls or texts.
Protect sensitive information
Do not send Social Security numbers, bank statements, tax returns, paystubs, medical information, account credentials or other sensitive documents through a website form or ordinary email. Use the secure mortgage application or another secure method provided directly by the mortgage company when documents are required.
Mortgage and real estate services are separate
Mortgage services are offered by Marc C. Sears through Edge Home Finance, LLC. Real estate services may be offered separately through The Sears Group, LLC / Marc Sears Realty. Using real estate services is not required to obtain mortgage services, and using mortgage services is not required to obtain real estate services.
